Shipping policy
The Jewelry Tool Shop Your order is shipped within 2 business days of the date it's placed. We make every effort to process expedited orders within one business day. Delivery time will depend on your location, your shipping choice, and the weight and size of your order. Please note: UPS cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please be sure to include your physical address if you choose UPS as your shipping method. Please be aware that orders placed on Fridays and weekends may not be shipped until the following Monday. We cannot provide a Saturday delivery option. All international order costs are based on weight and destination. Please be aware that you may be responsible for duties, taxes, and/or customs fees for your country. Domestically, we charge a 6.85% sales tax for all Utah orders. Handling Fee We strive to have the lowest possible shipping costs for you. Our fast shipping and careful packaging necessitate a small handling fee of $1.75, on all orders with a subtotal of less than $75. However, on orders with a subtotal greater than $75, we will waive the $1.75 handling fee.
