Due to the nature of our jewelry and because they are all Made-to-Order in Greece, any orders placed Monday through Sunday (excluding holidays) will begin production the next business day and shipped within 14 calendar days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained and confirmed. Even orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following calendar day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped from our New York handling office. All our orders are shipped via USPS. If our handling facility chooses another form of shipping, for security purposes, you will be informed accordingly by email. Free ground shipping offer valid on all orders. Free ground shipping is offered within continental United States only. This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories. APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Parcel Select. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 days. At Yianni Creations, we offer complimentary 15-day returns, so that you can make sure your purchase is just right. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or full refund. We take pride in our handmade jewelry as it is produced with the highest purity metal and best quality gemstones. Yianni Creations is also proud to offer free return shipping on all ring, bracelet, earrings and pendant orders. We will provide the free USPS return shipping label so that your return process is seamless and easy. Please note that some of our closed rings can be resized up to ½ a size by any professional jeweler. For any resizing beyond ½ size and to maintain structural balance, of our handmade jewelry Yianni Creations can offer this service in our qualified workshop for an extra fee of $15 per ring. Any Custom orders, modifications, and engraving on rings or bracelets may incur extra charges. For orders shipped outside the US, we do not offer free ring resizing or free returns due to potential taxes being levied. Please notice that returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation. Before returning an order you will need to contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Personalized and/or custom orders, modified, engraved, or resized orders are nonreturnable or refundable. If an item is returned for a refund or canceled during a custom production period, you will be refunded 50% of the agreed sale price. To request a change (later) delivery date, our 15 day return/exchange period begins on the date that your order was first available to ship. HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER 1. Obtain the Return Authorization Code. We will email you the shipping label with your RAC printed on it. Include any additional paperwork you receive with the item you are returning. (Please note that the free USPS return shipping label only applies ONLY to US territory customers). 2. How to package your order: For all returns and/or exchanges you must include all original packaging, the packing slip and guarantee certificate(s), as well as any additional information that was emailed to you. The Yianni Creations Pouch is complimentary; please keep this as a token of our appreciation. For security reasons, do not write jewelry, gems or other related words anywhere on the package. 3. Shipping and Insurance: In order for the insurance to be valid with the use of your USPS prepaid label, you must; use a small USPS box and seal it as best as possible making sure that the merchandise in the inside is safely secure. For a shipment to be considered safely shipped it should be dropped at a USPS store and you should receive a USPS receipt. This receipt will act as proof of insurance. Once our office has received the package and our Quality Control department has fully inspected its content, we will email you a confirmation of receipt. Yianni Creations is not responsible for a product damaged during shipping. REFUND PROCESS After we receive the returned order, our Quality Control Department department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Returns take approximately 3-5 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Yianni Creations will refund the original purchase amount of the item via the mode of payment used in the original purchase, with the exception of bank wire payments. Orders paid by bank wire will be refunded by check. For all credit card refunds, please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Packages without a return shipping authorization number or packages that were refused delivery, will not be accepted for refund and may be subject to a restocking charge of $20. Return authorizations (RAC’s) are active for 7 days from the date of issue and packages must be shipped during the active time period of your return authorization. If your return authorization has expired, please contact us. All requests for refunds must be in writing via email or fax. Any returns showing signs of wear and tear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Improperly packaged or uninsured items will be refused receipt.
